The following terms and conditions apply when you apply for partnerships
or sponsorships with Nippon Paint Malaysia through this website:

For Partnership Requests

  • The amount of sponsorships are subject to availability.
  • Collection of cheque shall be arranged from your side.
  • No manpower will be sponsored in this sponsorship agreement.
  • This shall only be a one-time off sponsorship from our party.
  • The amount of sponsorships are deemed as final and will remain unchanged.
  • Process of the application will subject to 10-15 working days.
  • You will be informed via email if the application is approved or rejected.
  • To integrate Nippon Paint logo in all your POSM (Flyers, Posters, Pamphlets, Banners, etc.)
  • To include the #ColourfulDreams #NipponPaintMY hashtags in any social postings

For Sponsorship Requests

  • No warranty are given to any sponsorship products that have already been sponsored.
  • Products that are sponsored are not allowed to be sold to public and in exchange of cash from any parties. If caught, we have the right to sue the related parties involved.
  • Collection of paint shall be arranged from your side.
  • No manpower nor cash will be sponsored in this sponsorship agreement.
  • This shall only be a one-time off sponsorship from our party.
  • The number of paint sponsorship are deemed as final and will remain unchanged.
  • Colours requested are subject to availability.
  • Please indicate if you are fine with any colours that is given after the application is replied.
  • If there is no availability of paint, you will be informed.
  • Process of the application will subject to 10-15 working days subject the quantity and availability of paint.
  • An email will be send to inform whether the application is successful or fail.
  • Before and after pictures (high resolution) shall be shared over by your party after the completion of the paint.
  • Pictures or after project shall be uploaded in Google Drive or Google Photos and to be shared over.
  • To integrate Nippon Paint logo at the side of the mural. Preferably to have the logo at least on 3-5 areas. Size of the logo small be 15cm (H) x 34cm (W).
  • To include the #ColourfulDreams #NipponPaintMY hashtags in any social media postings.
